Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier! Just browse throughout our online store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “checkout”, complete a few personal details which we need to complete your order and that’s it!

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards via Paypal.

Confirmation of Order

Shortly after making your order, and once we have checked it to ensure product and pricing details are correct, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment details. Therefore, please ensure you include a valid email address when completing your personal details as should there be any problems with your order, we are able to contact you.

Shipping and Handling

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. You will be sent an email to confirm once your order has been despatched.

Orders in the UK
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail although larger orders may need to be sent by courier. Postage and packaging is £2.50 for the first item and each additional item would be £1. For orders over £100, postage and packaging is free.

Orders to EU Members Countries
Most orders are sent via Airmail using the Royal Mail International “signed for” service. Postage and packing is £7.99 for the first item and each additional item would be £1.99.

Orders to Non EU European Countries
Most orders are sent via Airmail using the Royal Mail International “signed for” service. Postage and packaging is £7.99 for the first item and each additional item would be £1.99.

Orders to USA, Canada and Australia
Most orders are sent via Airmail using the Royal Mail International “signed for” service. Postage and packaging is £9.99 for the first item and each additional item would be £2.99.

Delivery Schedule

Once your order has been received, we will endeavour to process immediately. We will normally despatch to you the next business day after your payment has cleared however, should there be any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We are happy to deliver to the billing address of the cardholder or you can specify an alternative address at the “checkout”.

Please note, we cannot follow up on non-delivery of orders until 15 days have lapsed since the goods were despatched.

Credit Card Security

Credit and debit card payments are accepted through the secure hosted credit card site offered by Paypal. No credit or debit card details are entered onto the website. These details are entered into the secure web pages that are hosted by Paypal.

Privacy Policy

Bloosuedeshooz Limited does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We will not use your details to advise you of special offers or promotions unless you have agreed to receive our regular newsletter.

Bloosuedeshooz Limited is registered under the Data Protection Act and we abide by the conditions specified in this Act.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

The Directive provides a cooling off period and the unconditional right to cancel any order during this period. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods.

The regulations state that the customer must contact us in writing (email is acceptable) of their intent to cancel the order before the cooling off period has ended. If the goods have already been despatched by us, the customer must return these to us. The customer also has to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession, and ensure that they are returned to us in a saleable condition, otherwise we can seek recompense.
