WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE?

Orders in the UK
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail although larger orders may need to be sent by courier. Postage and packaging is £2.50 for the first item and each additional item would be £1. For orders over £100, postage and packaging is free.

Orders to EU Members Countries
Most orders are sent via Airmail using the Royal Mail International “signed for” service. Postage and packing is £7.99 for the first item and each additional item would be £1.99.

Orders to Non EU European Countries
Most orders are sent via Airmail using the Royal Mail International “signed for” service. Postage and packaging is £7.99 for the first item and each additional item would be £1.99.

Orders to USA, Canada and Australia
Most orders are sent via Airmail using the Royal Mail International “signed for” service. Postage and packaging is £9.99 for the first item and each additional item would be £2.99.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We take orders through PayPal. The cars we accept can be seen to your left.

WHAT IS THE CARD SECURITY CODE THAT YOU ASK FOR ON THE PAYMENTS PAGE?

For Visa and Mastercard the Card Security code is a 3 digit code printed on the signature strip on the back of the credit card. The value will be the last 3 digits of the printed number at the top of the signature strip. The number at the top of the signature strip will in most cases be the full credit card number followed by the card security code but in some cases only the last 4 digits of the card number followed by the card security code may be shown. This code helps us to confirm that the person using the card has it in front of them, as the code is never held or written anywhere else.

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

The Directive provides a cooling off period and the unconditional right to cancel any order during this period. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods.

The regulations state that the customer must contact us in writing (email is acceptable) of their intent to cancel the order before the cooling off period has ended. If the goods have already been despatched by us, the customer must return these to us. The customer also has to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession, and ensure that they are returned to us in a saleable condition, otherwise we can seek recompense.

WHAT IF THE SHOES DO NOT FIT/ARE UNSUITABLE?

We are happy to offer a refund on shoes that are not suitable as long as the shoes have not been worn.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

CAN I PAY BY CHEQUE / POSTAL ORDERS?

Yes. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Bloosuedeshooz Ltd. Please allow a few more days for delivery due to payment clearance. Please email us and let us know what Style, Size and Colour you require and we hold your order until payment has been received. An email with your order number will be sent to confirm the details.

WHAT IS YOUR SECURITY POLICY?

Bloosuedeshooz is committed to customer privacy and security. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We aim to deliver your goods within 7 working days to all destinations within the UK. Express delivery is available for selected items on the website, again for destinations in the UK. Delivery will be within one working day. Scottish highlands and islands will take two or three working days for this service. Please email us for costings on this service.

Deliveries to European destinations will take up to seven working days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM IS LOW IN STOCK?

If you order an article with low stock and we are not able to get it, we will credit the corresponding amount to you. If you are still interested in ordering it you will have to place another order as soon as the article is in stock. We do not allow the customers to replace the shoes with a new article, because once the order is in process, it is not possible to modify it, because the changes will delay the order and we can not guarantee you an estimated time delivery.
